LAWN MAINTENANCE

Lawn Maintenance includes the following:

• Mowing your front and back yard.

• Line trimming all the areas on the property including fences, posts, trees, and all obstacles.

• Edging the sidewalks, driveways, and curbs for that clean finished look.

• Blowing all debris off surfaces.

We will always go out of our way:

We make sure that there are no clients personal items in the yard before we mow (dog or kid’s toys). If we notice an empty trash can that needs to be brought back to the house from the road while servicing your property, then we are going to bring it back up for you. These are the extra things that set us apart, and we do it because we care.

Something to keep in mind:

• If any portion of your yard is over 10" tall, you can expect the first service to get your yard under control for a one-time only surcharge. This includes the edges of your lawn being overgrown onto the pavement or If your grass is over 10" tall.

• Lawn maintenance is strictly lawn maintenance. We will not trim shrubs or touch anything in the garden beds unless told to do so.

• If there are leaves that need to be picked up (per your request), it will have to be at an additional cost.
